Atmospheric Sciences Certificate

Our Program
The Undergraduate and Graduate Interdisciplinary Certificates in Atmospheric Sciences were approved by the University System of Georgia Board of Regents in the Fall of 2000. The program started in the Spring 2001 semester. The faculty and enrollment has grown over the past decade, and now approximately 40 students are participating in the program. Our graduates have moved on to positions in the public and private sector as well as to top graduate programs across the nation.
