Our faculty have received outstanding teaching and advising awards from the University of Georgia. Faculty have received honors including: American Meteorological Society Fellow, D. W. Brooks Award for Excellence in Research, Fulbright Fellow, Presidential Early Career Award for Scientists and Engineers, Theodore Fujita Research Achievement Award, and the AMS Charles E. Anderson Award.
